Mr. Ashok Rout is an experienced hospitality professional. He knows how important client’s happiness and has invested his career in putting people in the satisfaction they’ve always dreamed of.
More than 10 years of food services experience in the hospitality industry, dedicate to providing elevated services for clients. Maintain professionalism, versatility, and impeccable manner in all circumstances for company growth.
He was educated at the University of Vidyasagar University with a bachelor’s in business management and Post Graduate on Hotel Management-The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. He’s worked for some of the most respectable hospitality MNC companies Sodexo India Services Pvt Ltd. and Compass Group India.

I’m obsessed with the food & hospitality industry. In 2018, when I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey with my co-founder, Mr. Ashok rout. Within a few years of launch, we’d grown a profitable, bootstrapped brand. While building a brand may have looked effortless from the outside, starting a business in the early twenties with no resources or funding quickly forced me to realize that early-stage entrepreneurship was anything but transparent & honesty with clients is the main hook to hold our loyal customers.
I’m Sonium Choubay, co-founder of Aastha Hospitality & Goodwill Pvt. Ltd. I hold a degree in Medical Laboratory Science and Hospital Management. The first step towards customer satisfaction is being reached by the quality of food services, and that’s what I aim to provide. My professional experience as a hospital management has allowed me to assist in improving company SOP, quality of services, marketing, back-office support, and client response to emerging services. I’ve brought dedication and positive results to the company. I’ve worked for it because I am passionate about the food industry, and business statistics. I specialize in long-term growth strategies and audience outreach.
